2. Information used by the demo
Account features use your email address, display name and phone number. Authentication manages your password. The app records virtual-credit balances, wallet transactions, demo bets and play-limit settings. Signed-out demo activity and selected preferences are stored in your browser. Do not submit identity documents or payment credentials; KYC and real-money payments are not available.
3. Purposes and legal review
Data supports sign-in, saved demo activity, account support and responsible-play controls. The owner must confirm the lawful basis for each purpose, applicable Kenyan data-protection obligations and any required registrations before approving this policy. This draft does not establish consent or a lawful basis.
4. AI wallet summaries
When a signed-in player requests a summary, selected recent virtual-credit transaction amounts, types and notes are processed through Lovable AI Gateway. The summary is optional and is not financial advice. Provider processing terms, retention and cross-border safeguards require confirmation before launch.
5. Hosting, analytics and local storage
Lovable Cloud supports account and demo data storage; managed email delivery supports authentication messages. Available analytics include visit counts, pages, approximate country, device category and referrers. Browser storage supports sessions and preferences. The owner must confirm the complete processor list, analytics collection details and any consent requirements. Offline support must not cache private account or wallet data.
6. Retention, security and transfers
Retention periods for account records, immutable demo ledgers, email activity and support messages are not yet approved. Processor locations, international transfers, deletion procedures and security-incident handling must be documented. No promise of immediate deletion, local-only processing or absolute security is made in this draft.
7. Privacy requests
Contact support@galaxydynamics.net for questions or requests concerning access, correction or deletion. Identity verification, exceptions and response procedures require owner review. Applicable statutory rights remain unaffected; no unverified response deadline is promised.
8. Age and approval
The demo is presented as 18+ and is not intended for children. The owner must approve an appropriate eligibility process, children's-data handling and a final effective date before these drafts become launch policies.
